Clevenard to Honour Stephane Talnan at the 2026 Clevenard Open Project 5th Edition and Clevenard Global Awards – 3rd Edition in Alicante, Spain

Alicante, Spain — Clevenard SL is proud to announce that Stephane Talnan, Deputy Director of Diplomacy & Lead Advisor at the Ministry of International Cooperation – State of African Diaspora (SOAD) and 1st Interim CEO of PEN CT, will be honoured with a prestigious Honorary Award at the Clevenard Open Project 2026, taking place from 27–30 August 2026 at the Palacio de Congresos, Alicante, Spain.

The honorary recognition will be formally presented on Day 4 — Sunday, 30 August 2026, during the Clevenard Global Award – 3rd Edition 2026, the flagship awards ceremony of the forum, held alongside the International Fashion Runway. This ceremony celebrates exceptional global leaders whose influence transcends borders, institutions, and generations.

In addition to receiving this distinguished award, Stephane Talnan will deliver a keynote address on Day 2 — 28 August 2026, during the Global Economy, Trade, Solid Minerals, Agriculture & Investment Summit. His keynote will focus on:

“Advancing Pan-African Economic Growth Through Strategic Diplomacy and Investment Partnerships.”

About Stephane Talnan

Stephane Talnan is a dynamic diplomat, entrepreneur, and economic development strategist dedicated to fostering Africa’s growth and global cooperation. Over a career spanning more than 15 years, he has driven impactful projects across Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea Conakry, Comoros, South Africa, and beyond.

He began his professional journey in 2006 with CFAO MIPA in Abidjan as a Quality Controller, gaining expertise in certification and product validation. From 2010 to 2013, he served as a Trade Agent for ORANGE CI, providing client support for mobile money and internet services. Since 2013, he has focused on economic diplomacy, international cooperation, and development initiatives, collaborating with African governments, regional organizations, and the EU-AU Summit.

Fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Italian, with proficiency in Portuguese, Stephane blends his passion for culture, politics, and global communication with hands-on expertise in diplomacy and economic development. Currently, he applies this experience to lead initiatives through SOAD and PEN CT, fostering sustainable development, innovation, and pan-African partnerships.
