About Stephane Talnan
Stephane Talnan is a dynamic diplomat, entrepreneur, and economic development strategist dedicated to fostering Africa’s growth and global cooperation. Over a career spanning more than 15 years, he has driven impactful projects across Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea Conakry, Comoros, South Africa, and beyond.
He began his professional journey in 2006 with CFAO MIPA in Abidjan as a Quality Controller, gaining expertise in certification and product validation. From 2010 to 2013, he served as a Trade Agent for ORANGE CI, providing client support for mobile money and internet services. Since 2013, he has focused on economic diplomacy, international cooperation, and development initiatives, collaborating with African governments, regional organizations, and the EU-AU Summit.
Fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Italian, with proficiency in Portuguese, Stephane blends his passion for culture, politics, and global communication with hands-on expertise in diplomacy and economic development. Currently, he applies this experience to lead initiatives through SOAD and PEN CT, fostering sustainable development, innovation, and pan-African partnerships.
