Please Read Before Attending the Event

We are pleased to welcome attendees and speakers from around the world to Alicante.

This is a professional international event. We ask everyone to read and understand the following important information before arriving at the venue. Your cooperation will help us keep the event organized, professional, and running on time.

Arrival and Registration

All attendees should arrive at the venue between 9:00 A.M. and 12:00 NOON.

The venue gate will close at 12:00 noon.

Anyone arriving after the gate has closed will not be permitted to enter the venue. If you are a speaker and arrive after the gate closes, you will also not be permitted to speak.

When you arrive, please ask a member of our staff where to complete your registration.

Please plan your journey carefully and allow enough time for arrival and registration.

Important Information for Speakers

All speakers scheduled to speak during the event must confirm that they have arrived in Alicante and are available to speak at least one day before their scheduled speaking day.

This is extremely important because we have a large number of international speakers participating in the event.

Due to the number of speakers and the structure of the programme, we cannot guarantee an exact speaking time for every speaker.

Speaking opportunities will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis among confirmed and available speakers. This system is necessary to avoid losing valuable event time and to keep the programme moving efficiently.

If you are a speaker, please make sure our team knows that you have arrived and are available before your scheduled speaking day.

Event Duration

The event will run for approximately 8–9 hours each day.

The programme is designed to allow participants to attend the day's activities and then have sufficient time to return to their accommodation and rest.

Please plan your day accordingly.

Food and Drinks

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the event hall.

If you need food or drinks, you may visit the restaurant within the venue and purchase what you require there.

Please follow all venue rules concerning food and beverages.

Recording Policy

Recording inside the event hall is strictly prohibited.

This includes recording with:

  1. Mobile phones
  2. Cameras
  3. Video cameras
  4. Tablets
  5. Computers
  6. Audio recording devices
  7. Any other recording equipment

Please respect the privacy of speakers, attendees, and guests.

Professional Conduct

This is a professional international event.

All attendees, speakers, guests, and participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

Please:

  1. Respect speakers, staff, guests, and fellow attendees.
  2. Follow instructions from event staff.
  3. Follow all venue regulations.
  4. Communicate respectfully.
  5. Arrive on time.
  6. Remain professional throughout the event.

Your cooperation is essential to creating a successful experience for everyone.

Participation Fees and Payment

Anyone who is required to pay a participation or entrance fee but has not completed the required payment will not be permitted to enter the venue, regardless of their position, status, affiliation, or who they are.

Please ensure that all required payments are completed before entering the venue.

PayPal will not be accepted for payments made at the door.

Payments at the door must be made using an accepted international payment card.

Applicable international card payments may be subject to an additional 21% charge.

NO RECORDING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE EVENT HALL.

FOOD AND DRINKS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE EVENT HALL.

ALL REQUIRED PARTICIPATION FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE ENTRY.

PAYPAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR.
