The signing will take place during the Clevenard Seminar & Panel Discussion Forum and Clevenard Media Award 2025, on Friday, 21st November 2025, at Calle Manacor, núm. 156, Palma 07007, Illes Balears, Spain.

As part of this initiative, Mr. Enrico De Barbieri and Ms. Anna Maria Grassi will be formally welcomed as Directors within Clevenard’s European Leadership Team, joining founder and CEO Mr. Adefaratoluwa Osindero Olutimehin and the global management board. Both directors bring extensive experience in business management, media, and cross-cultural collaboration, and will play a critical role in guiding Clevenard’s operations, supporting regional initiatives, and fostering partnerships.

Specifically, Enrico and Anna Maria will oversee Clevenard’s operations in Italy, San Marino, and Monaco, ensuring strong leadership and strategic growth in these key European markets. Their roles will focus on strengthening Clevenard’s regional presence, building trust with local communities, and supporting initiatives that empower people and organizations.
