Conditions of the Sponsored Passes

The 300 sponsored passes are intended exclusively for event attendance and community participation.

The complimentary passes include:

  4. Participation in cultural and tourism-related activities.
  5. Opportunity to connect with delegates and visitors from around the world.

The complimentary passes do not include:

  2. Panel participation.

  4. Exhibition stands or product showcases.
  5. Award nominations.
  6. Promotional or marketing privileges.
  7. VIP access.

Individuals wishing to speak, present a business, showcase products or services, participate in panel discussions, or receive promotional visibility must register under the appropriate delegate, speaker, exhibitor, or sponsorship package and pay the applicable participation fee.

Applicants may be required to provide proof of legal residency in Spain. Passes will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until all 300 sponsored places have been filled.
