All accreditation applications are subject to review and approval by the Clevenard Media Accreditation Committee.

Media Access Policy

To protect the privacy, safety, and security of the distinguished world leaders, government officials, diplomats, parliamentarians, investors, and high-profile international delegates attending the event, media access will be managed under official accreditation guidelines.

Accredited media representatives may:

  1. Attend authorised sessions.
  2. Conduct approved interviews.
  3. Use official event photographs and media resources.
  4. Report on keynote speeches, panel discussions, award presentations, and event highlights.
  5. Publish written reports, news articles, podcasts, and approved editorial content.

Photography & Recording Policy

The security and privacy of our distinguished international guests remain a top priority.

For this reason:

  1. Personal video recording inside conference halls is not permitted.
  2. Independent live streaming from the event venue is not permitted.
  3. Broadcasting from inside meeting rooms or conference sessions is not permitted unless specifically authorised by the organisers.
  4. Drone operations are strictly prohibited unless authorised in writing.
  5. Flash photography may be restricted during certain sessions.
  6. Accredited photographers will be directed to designated photography positions when required.

Official event photography and approved video highlights will be produced by the Clevenard Media Team and made available to accredited media representatives for editorial use.

These measures ensure a secure environment in which world leaders and distinguished guests can participate openly while preserving the integrity of the event.

Code of Conduct for Accredited Media

All accredited media representatives are expected to:

  1. Conduct themselves professionally at all times.
  2. Respect the privacy, dignity, and security of all participants.
  3. Follow the directions of event officials and security personnel.
  4. Display their accreditation badge while inside the venue.
  5. Respect restricted areas and private meetings.
  6. Obtain permission before conducting interviews.
  7. Refrain from disruptive behaviour during sessions.
  8. Report accurately, ethically, and responsibly.
  9. Comply with all venue safety and security protocols.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the suspension or withdrawal of media accreditation.
