Similar to the 12 2/3 constitutional crisis of 1979 and the aftermath crisis that followed the annulment of the June 12th, 1993 presidential election that claimed many lives, is Buhari's INEC not scheming for another constitutional crisis to sway victory for his so-called anointed presidential candidate or take over of government by militia elements (ISWAP)?

Alas, every concerned citizen will need to carefully examine the words made by INEC as published in the Tribune Newspapers of November 19th, 2022 that "2023 Presidential Election Maybe Inconclusive."

Yes, it is in order for the Independent National Electoral Commission to make plans for certain unforeseen situations like inconclusive elections but, it becomes worrisome when "inconclusive election" is now a regular trade mark or norm.

In 2019, six states, namely; Benue, Plateau, Bauchi, Sokoto, Adamawa and Kano states governorship elections were declared inconclusive by INEC. The major opposition party, PDP was ahead with a slim margin in five out of the six states. Four candidates of PDP, namely, Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto, Moses Ortom of Benue, Bala Mohammed of Bauchi and Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa eventually coasted home to victory but not without violence and bloodbath.

In 2018, Senator Ademola Adeleke had the highest number of votes cast for the Osun state governorship election but the election was declared inconclusive by INEC and the result was eventually swayed in favor of the candidate of the ruling party (APC), Governor Isiaka Oyetola.

In 2019, in Kano state, the result of the governorship election that favored the opposition party, PDP was declared inconclusive and was later swayed to favor the candidate of the ruling party (APC), Governor Ganduje, for a re election.

Now, that INEC is pre-empting the outcome of a presidential election that has not been conducted, political actors in the opposition parties including the electorates need to be vigilant and ask questions

One. Why is INEC pre-empting the outcome result of a yet to be held presidential election?

Two. How do we know the outcome of an election when the people have not voted?

Three. Is INEC presumptuous of an inconclusive presidential election, based on any exit poll or have they scientifically arrived at the conclusion that the presidential election may be inconclusive???

Four. Is Buhari's INEC not clandestinely working for a constitutional crisis to pave way for the imposition of anointed candidate or, does Buhari want to use naked power to control the judiciary to technically swayed the election in favor of the ruling party, APC or pave way for a take over by the militia (ISWAP)?

A reference point is the case of Hope Uzodinma of Imo state that was catapulted on technical ground by the judiciary from 4th position in the governorship election to becoming the current governor of Imo state.

Five. Is it not undemocratic for the umpire (INEC) of an election to predict the outcome result of a presidential election before the election is conducted?

Is this democratic at all?

Methinks, this statement was made to feel the pulse of the people and by the time it will be perfected, INEC will be justified and the people will not resist it, because, they already bought the idea from the onset.

Prejudice apart and without mincing words, why is INEC announcing the result of a presidential election before people cast their votes?

Hmmm, is this not a moribund of democracy and, can we ever trust the so-called Buhari's INEC (Buhari a fulani man with another fulani man as the Chairman of INEC)?

It is pertinent to say that, it is unprecedented in the political history of Nigeria to have the same tribe as President of the country and INEC Chairman.

Yes, it is indeed unprecedented!!!

My people, wake up and shine shine your eyes, these oligarchs are up to something sinister but it can be resisted if we are vigilant enough!

IN A DIGITAL AGE, THE WHOLE WORLD IS WATCHING!!!
