CLEVEnARD APPOINTS AYOOLA R. LAWAL AS ADVISORY AMBASSADOR OF THE CLEVEnARD OPEN PROJECT 2027

TORREMOLINOS, MÁLAGA, SPAIN — 3 OCTOBER 2026 — Clevenard is pleased to announce the appointment of Ayoola R. Lawal as an Advisory Ambassador of the Clevenard Open Project 2027, taking place from 22–25 June 2027 at the Palacio de Congresos de Torremolinos, Málaga, Spain.

Ayoola R. Lawal is a social entrepreneur, management consultant, organizational strategist and community leader with professional experience spanning business development, strategic marketing, project management, organizational leadership, innovation management and international collaboration.

His work also focuses on the evolving relationship between human intelligence, artificial intelligence, workplace transformation and responsible innovation, making his perspective particularly relevant to the future of leadership and organizations.

A LEADER AT THE INTERSECTION OF PEOPLE, TECHNOLOGY AND LEADERSHIP

Lawal's professional and academic work examines how organizations can embrace technological transformation while maintaining a strong focus on human capability, workplace safety, wellbeing, ethical decision-making and sustainable organizational development.

He is Managing Partner of LRA Consulting and has worked with organizations and stakeholders across Scandinavia and Nigeria, contributing to business development, organizational strategy, leadership capacity and sustainable growth.

He is also pursuing doctoral research in Human Factors, Occupational Safety and Health, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Automation in the Workplace, further strengthening his contribution to discussions around the future of work.

HIS CONNECTION WITH CLEVEnARD

Ayoola R. Lawal has already been part of the Clevenard Open Project 2026 programme.

At the 2026 edition, he was featured to deliver a keynote address under the theme:

“Leading the Future: Human Intelligence in an AI-Driven World.”

His keynote, “Why the Most Successful Leaders of Tomorrow Will Combine Technology, Emotional Intelligence, and Global Collaboration,” focused on the importance of combining technological capability with emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, cultural intelligence and meaningful human connection.

He was also recognised for his contributions to organizational excellence, responsible innovation, leadership development and human-centered approaches to technology and workplace transformation.

His appointment as Advisory Ambassador therefore continues an existing relationship between Lawal and the Clevenard platform.

The Clevenard Open Project 2027 will take place from 22–25 June 2027 at the Palacio de Congresos de Torremolinos, Málaga, Spain.
