For 20 years, he presided over civil and criminal customary court proceedings while overseeing district court administration, promoting customary law, ensuring effective implementation of government policies, and strengthening traditional governance systems.

He provided judicial leadership, supervised customary court operations, and supported effective administration within Botswana's traditional justice system.

• Wildlife Officer

Ministry of Environment, Wildlife and Tourism

During sixteen years of dedicated service, he led anti-poaching operations, supervised field teams, coordinated wildlife protection initiatives, investigated environmental crimes, and provided court testimony leading to successful prosecutions.

His commitment to wildlife conservation earned him two national awards for Meritorious Service to Wildlife Conservation, recognizing his outstanding contribution to protecting Botswana's natural heritage.
