Phiwayinkhosi Faith Mabuza is an accomplished healthcare professional whose life's work has been dedicated to improving lives through healthcare excellence, counselling, leadership, education, community development, and Christian ministry.

Born on 22 February 1967, she is a proud Swati whose remarkable career reflects an unwavering commitment to serving humanity and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

A qualified nurse by profession, Ms. Mabuza currently serves in a healthcare management position where she provides strategic leadership, oversees healthcare service delivery, mentors healthcare professionals, and contributes to strengthening public health systems in Eswatini. One of the defining chapters of her professional journey was her seven years of dedicated service with the Eswatini National AIDS Programme, where she played an instrumental role in advancing national HIV and AIDS prevention initiatives. Through community education, advocacy, awareness campaigns, and preventive healthcare programmes, she helped strengthen community engagement while improving healthcare access for vulnerable populations throughout the Kingdom of Eswatini.

Believing that education is the foundation of transformational leadership, Ms. Mabuza has continually invested in academic and professional development. Her impressive qualifications include:

Beyond healthcare, Ms. Mabuza has become widely recognised for her commitment to empowering women and strengthening communities.

She is the visionary founder of the Women Community Development Programme, an initiative focused on empowering women through sustainable agricultural projects that enhance household food security, create income-generating opportunities, reduce poverty, and strengthen economic resilience. She is also the founder of Break Your Shell Eswatini, a transformative movement committed to inspiring women and girls to discover their purpose, overcome personal barriers, build confidence, embrace leadership, and unlock their full potential. Through mentorship, motivational programmes, and empowerment initiatives, the organisation continues to shape future female leaders across Eswatini.

A devoted Christian leader, Ms. Mabuza faithfully serves in her local church where she preaches the Gospel, mentors believers, supports families, and nurtures spiritual growth. Her theological training complements her practical ministry, allowing her to integrate faith, compassion, integrity, and servant leadership throughout every aspect of her professional and community service.

Her passion for restoring lives also extends into counselling, where she offers guidance, emotional support, mentorship, and practical solutions to individuals navigating personal, family, and social challenges.
