Clevenard to Honour Luyanda George Jonas at the 2026 Clevenard Open Project & Global Awards in Alicante, Spain

Alicante, Spain — Clevenard SL is proud to announce that Luyanda George Jonas will be honoured with a prestigious Honorary Award at the Clevenard Open Project 2026 (5th Edition) and Clevenard Global Awards – 3rd Edition, taking place from 27–30 August 2026 at the Palacio de Congresos, Alicante, Spain.

This recognition celebrates his outstanding contribution to youth development, international cooperation, and Africa–China relations through leadership, diplomacy, and sustainable development initiatives.

Honorary Award Ceremony

The honorary award will be formally presented on Day 4 — Sunday, 30 August 2026, during the Clevenard Global Awards Ceremony, held alongside the International Fashion Runway. The ceremony honours global changemakers whose leadership and influence extend across borders, generations, and sectors.

Keynote Speaker — Day 2 Participation

In addition to receiving this international honour, Luyanda George Jonas will serve as a Keynote Speaker on Day 2 (28 August 2026) of the Clevenard Open Project.

Keynote Topic: “Youth Diplomacy and Africa–China Cooperation: Building the Next Generation of Global Economic Partnerships”

His address will focus on youth empowerment, international collaboration, skills development, and the role of young leaders in strengthening Africa–China relations for shared prosperity.

About the Honouree

Luyanda George Jonas is a South African youth leader and development practitioner who currently serves as President of the China South Africa Youth Federation.

He has played a leading role in advancing:

• Youth empowerment and skills development
• Africa–China economic and educational cooperation
• Cultural exchange and international diplomacy
• Entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives

His leadership experience spans roles in business development and youth organisational management, and he has built strong partnerships between governments, institutions, and the private sector to create opportunities for young people across Africa.
