This distinguished recognition celebrates Mr. Antwi’s outstanding contributions to humanitarian service, community development, child welfare advocacy, youth empowerment, disaster risk reduction, and sustainable social transformation. The honorary recognition will be formally presented on Day 4 — Sunday, 30 August 2026, during the Clevenard Global Awards – 3rd Edition 2026, the flagship awards ceremony of the Clevenard Open Project, held alongside the International Fashion Runway. The awards celebrate exceptional global leaders, innovators, and changemakers whose influence transcends borders, industries, institutions, and generations.

In addition to receiving this prestigious distinction, Honourable Leader Philemon Opoku Antwi will serve as a Keynote Speaker on Day 1 of the Clevenard Open Project 2026 during the Global Authors’ Recognition & Education Summit.

ABOUT HONOURABLE LEADER PHILEMON OPOKU ANTWI (ABDULLAH)

Born on 17 September 1980 in Accra, Ghana, Honourable Leader Philemon Opoku Antwi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Child Care Africa, a humanitarian sponsorship non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children, families, and communities.

Widely recognized as a respected development practitioner, facilitator, community leader, and social advocate, Mr. Antwi possesses extensive expertise in project design and implementation, community engagement, monitoring and evaluation, sponsorship programming, partnership development, financial management, and disaster risk reduction.

Throughout his professional journey, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to integrity, accountability, and service. His work has contributed significantly to community development initiatives, educational support programmes, child welfare interventions, and disaster preparedness efforts.

Among his notable achievements are the successful management of sponsorship programmes with outstanding completion rates, the organization of impactful children's rallies and community outreach initiatives, the facilitation of Hazard, Vulnerability and Capacity Assessments (HVCA), and the preparation of comprehensive reports that strengthened organizational learning and donor accountability.
