Alicante, Spain — 22 February 2026 — Clevenard SL is proud to announce that H.E. Mariam Ally Lesian, President of the Pan Africa Tourism Board, will be honoured with a prestigious Honorary Award at the Clevenard Open Project 2026, taking place from 27–30 August 2026 at the Palacio de Congresos, Alicante, Spain.

The award will be formally presented on Day 4 — Sunday, 30 August 2026 during the Clevenard Global Awards – 3rd Edition, the flagship awards ceremony of the event, held alongside the International Fashion Runway. This ceremony recognises exceptional global leaders whose vision, influence, and impact transcend borders, industries, and generations.

In addition to receiving this distinguished honour, H.E. Mariam Ally Lesian will deliver a keynote address on Day 3 (29 August 2026) during the Global Tourism & International Film Celebration, sharing her insights on advancing sustainable tourism, international collaboration, and Africa’s cultural and economic potential.

H.E. Mariam Ally Lesian is a trailblazing leader with over 20 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, real estate, media, and consultancy. She holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing from César Ritz University, Switzerland, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from Utalii College, Nairobi. As President of the Pan Africa Tourism Board, she has been instrumental in promoting intra-African tourism, facilitating strategic partnerships, and advising governments and international entities such as BOLT Tanzania, and the Turkish and Moroccan Embassies. She is also the Founder and CEO of multiple successful ventures in travel, media, and marketing.

H.E. Lesian’s leadership is recognised globally. She has championed government initiatives in Tanzania on cleanliness and cultural tourism, led donor-funded projects, and trained extensively in strategic planning, executive management, and customer service. Fluent in Swahili and English, she combines expertise with passion, serving as a beacon for African tourism and global collaboration.
