Clevenard to Honour Princess Nandile Ndamase at the 2026 Clevenard Open Project – 5th Edition and Clevenard Global Awards – 3rd Edition in Alicante, Spain

Alicante, Spain | 27–30 August 2026 — Clevenard SL proudly announces that Princess Nandile Ndamase, South African Community Leader, Rural Development Advocate, Mental Health Champion, and Founder of the Princess Nandile Ndamase Foundation NPC, will be honoured with a prestigious Honorary Global Leadership Award at the 5th Edition of the Clevenard Open Project 2026. The event will take place from 27 to 30 August 2026 at the distinguished Palacio de Congresos de Alicante.

The honorary recognition will be formally presented on Sunday, 30 August 2026 (Day 4) during the Clevenard Global Awards 2026, the flagship awards ceremony of the forum, held alongside the International Fashion Runway. The Clevenard Global Awards celebrate distinguished leaders whose influence transcends borders, institutions, and generations, and whose work contributes meaningfully to global social, cultural, and economic advancement.

In addition to receiving this international honour, Princess Nandile Ndamase will deliver a keynote address on Day 3 (29 August 2026) during the Global Tourism & International Film Celebration. Her keynote, titled “Healing Minds, Restoring Dignity: Culture, Leadership and Sustainable Community Transformation,” will explore how culturally rooted leadership, mental wellness advocacy, and rural economic empowerment can serve as powerful models for sustainable global development.

Princess Nandile Ndamase represents a new generation of African leadership—one that honours tradition while actively shaping progressive, community-driven solutions for the future. Born and raised in South Africa’s Eastern Cape Province, a region rich in heritage and resilience, her upbringing profoundly shaped her worldview. Growing up in rural South Africa, she witnessed both the strength of communal values and the realities of underdevelopment, economic hardship, youth unemployment, gender-based violence, limited access to resources, and the often-overlooked crisis of untreated mental health challenges. These lived experiences ignited a deep and enduring commitment to serve.

Carrying her royal lineage not as a symbol of privilege but as a calling to uplift others, Princess Nandile embodies servant leadership. She believes that true leadership is measured not by title, but by impact—by the lives restored, the dignity reclaimed, and the opportunities created for historically marginalized communities. This philosophy led to the establishment of the Princess Nandile Ndamase Foundation NPC, a legally incorporated Non-Profit Company dedicated to high-impact public benefit. The Foundation operates in a strictly non-political, non-partisan, and non-religious manner, serving as a transparent and structured bridge between developmental resources and community needs.

The Foundation’s mission is anchored in four strategic pillars: social empowerment, economic development, cultural preservation, and educational advancement. At the heart of its work lies the flagship initiative, “Healing Minds, Restoring Dignity,” which addresses a critical gap in traditional humanitarian aid by prioritizing emotional and psychological restoration as a prerequisite for sustainable development. Princess Nandile maintains that economic empowerment without mental restoration cannot produce lasting transformation. Through this framework, the Foundation promotes mental health awareness, provides safe spaces for women and youth, supports trauma-informed community engagement, and integrates wellness with entrepreneurship, financial literacy, agricultural sustainability, and education.

Princess Nandile is particularly passionate about rural development, believing that meaningful transformation in South Africa must begin in villages and small towns. Her initiatives focus on youth mentorship, leadership development, food security, agricultural enterprise, financial literacy, and community-based entrepreneurship. Through agricultural projects and family-led farming initiatives, she demonstrates how land and local enterprise can serve as vehicles for generational wealth and economic resilience, bridging cultural identity with modern economic participation.

Equally significant is her advocacy against gender-based violence. Deeply committed to protecting women and children, she challenges harmful norms while honouring African traditions, fostering dialogue that promotes prevention, accountability, and healing. She works to amplify survivor voices and create safer, more dignified communities. Her guiding philosophy—“Know your purpose, let no grounds derail your destiny”—reflects her balance of heritage and modernity, authority and humility, strength and compassion.

Under her leadership, the Foundation has supported orphanages, disability care centres, rural schools, and vulnerable households through food security drives, clothing donations, educational outreach, and community wellness initiatives. Her approach emphasizes collaboration with traditional leaders, educational institutions, local businesses, and community stakeholders to build sustainable, non-partisan impact designed for intergenerational legacy.

The Clevenard Open Project 2026, themed “A Global Celebration of Business, Culture, Creativity & Human Connection,” is a four-day international flagship forum convening policymakers, diplomats, investors, entrepreneurs, creatives, and development leaders from Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean. The programme will open on 27 August 2026 with the Global Authors’ Recognition & Education Summit, followed on 28 August by the Global Economy, Trade, Solid Minerals, Agriculture & Investment Summit. On 29 August, the Global Tourism & International Film Celebration will feature high-level discussions on tourism development, cultural diplomacy, and creative industries, including the keynote address by Princess Nandile Ndamase. The event will conclude on 30 August with the Clevenard Global Awards – 3rd Edition 2026 and International Fashion Runway, where Princess Nandile will receive her honorary award.

Through this recognition, Clevenard affirms its commitment to honouring leaders whose work exemplifies integrity, innovation, and transformative global impact. Princess Nandile Ndamase’s participation at the Clevenard Open Project 2026 represents a powerful moment of cultural diplomacy and international collaboration—bridging Africa and Europe through leadership grounded in dignity, mental wellness, and sustainable community empowerment.
