At just 26 years old, Mrs. Ndlovu achieved a remarkable milestone by designing and managing the Speaker’s Offices in the KwaZulu-Natal Parliament, establishing her as one of the youngest women to reach such an achievement in the construction industry.

Her portfolio continues to expand through innovative ventures such as Ludumo Development (Pty) Ltd, a property development company focused on urban transformation, and the Sweetwater Retail Centre, an ongoing development in Pietermaritzburg designed to empower local communities through job creation and business opportunities.
