Mabel Okafor is a dynamic author, speaker, and coach with a powerful personal story and a heart for service. Based in the United Kingdom, where she lives with her husband and three children, Mabel is the founder of Thriving Hopes Charity, a non-profit organization committed to equipping individuals with the tools to live well, find hope, and thrive—regardless of life’s challenges.

Professionally, Mabel is a project analyst, and creatively, she is a skilled cake artist, bringing both precision and passion to every endeavor. Her life took a dramatic turn when she was diagnosed with terminal breast cancer. Rather than surrendering to fear, she embraced a journey of healing grounded in her faith and a holistic lifestyle.

Mabel’s life and message center around what she calls the 4 F’s of Healthy Therapy: Faith, Food, Fasting, and Fitness. Inspired by biblical verses such as Luke 22:31–32 and Jeremiah 20:11–13, her approach combines spiritual resilience with practical tools for health and healing.

Through her books, public speaking, and charity outreach, she shares practical strategies for well-being rooted in scripture, clean nutrition, and inner strength. Her journey has inspired many to live intentionally, believe in the power of faith, and approach life with hope—no matter the circumstances.
