About Juan Antonio Tormo Roca

Born in Palma in 1962, Juan Antonio Tormo Roca is a dynamic entrepreneur, seasoned executive, and passionate community advocate. With decades of experience bridging private enterprise and public service, he has made a significant impact in Mallorca’s business ecosystem.

He began his professional journey with the management team at Carrefour (1984–1989), later becoming a small business owner and entrepreneur, running various retail ventures (1989–2008). His leadership experience includes roles such as Gerente Patronal at PIMEM (2007–2009), Director General of the Skalop restaurant chain (2013–2016), and Director of Sales and Expansion for Grupo Mundo Pisos (2022–2023).

Juan Antonio is also a trusted business consultant, having advised franchise networks and led initiatives for new entrepreneurs. He holds MBA studies (final project pending) and has been a guest lecturer at prestigious forums and institutions including CAEB, PIMEM, ASIMA, and the Chamber of Commerce, as well as top companies like IKEA, Grupo Garau, and Dinner.

A media personality in his own right, Juan Antonio has appeared regularly on Canal 4 TV for 12 consecutive seasons, and contributed to major radio stations such as Onda Cero, COPE, IB3 Radio, and Es Radio. He has penned over 500 articles as a weekly columnist for MallorcaDiario.com, and has been a respected voice in Mallorca's political and business commentary on Ultima Hora Radio.

In 2024, he published his first book focused on entrepreneurship, sharing lessons learned from his extensive journey in business and leadership.
