We are honored to welcome Mr. Okhiulu Andrew, an Assistant Director at the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC), as one of our distinguished guest speakers at this transformative event.

Mr. Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in international trade and export development. He is a graduate of the Institute of International Trade and Export, London, and holds both a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) and an MBA from reputable institutions in Nigeria.

In his current role at NEPC, Mr. Andrew oversees activities in Edo State, promoting and supporting Nigerian exports as part of the council's broader mandate. The NEPC is the Federal Government of Nigeria’s lead agency for promoting, developing, and diversifying the nation’s export base. Its objectives include:

• Coordinating and harmonizing export development and promotion activities across the country
• Leading national export programs
• Interfacing with international trade agencies for cooperation and capacity building

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Andrew is also a dedicated pastor leading a growing ministry and is blessed with a beautiful family.
