Delivering a presentation at the workshop, the South-South Zonal Director of NEPC, Arc. Benedict Itegbe, highlighted the importance of cluster focus, value chain development for cooperatives, and the role of digital and e-commerce in expanding export opportunities. He reiterated the commission’s commitment to supporting policymakers in mainstreaming export policies while leveraging digital tools to empower businesses.

Itegbe further affirmed NEPC’s readiness to support Business Development Service Providers (BDSPs) in deepening and broadening capacity-building efforts through personalized coaching and mentoring programs.
