Alain St.Ange on his way to "Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo" (POATE) in Uganda

Tourism Consultant Dr. Alain St.Ange of the Seychelles is on his way to the "Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo" (POATE), East Africa's premier tourism event.

The Seychelles tourism personality and the island's former Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports, and Marine will be in Uganda at the invitation of Hon. Tom R. Butime, the Minister of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities of Uganda. St.Ange will join the African Tourism Board's delegation traveling to Uganda for the event.

St.Ange, the founding President of the African Tourism Board, now heads his own "Saint Ange Tourism Consultancy." His consultancy works with Tourism Boards and Ministries of Tourism in Africa and the ASEAN bloc, focusing on re-evaluating tourism as a vital economic industry and enhancing the visibility of tourism destinations to remain competitive in key source markets.
