Belitung of Indonesia meets Seychelles Consultant Alain St.Ange at ATM in Dubai

Daniel Alexander from the Tanjung Kelayang Reserve in Belitung, Indonesia, utilized the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2024 in Dubai as an opportunity to meet with Alain St. Ange, the Seychelles Tourism Consultant, to discuss potential cooperation.

Belitung, Indonesia, and Seychelles share commonalities in their environmental concerns and their commitment to preservation, which formed the basis of discussions during ATM 2024.

Daniel Alexander traveled to Dubai specifically for this strategic meeting with the Head of Saint Ange Tourism Consultancy. The two engaged in extensive discussions exploring avenues for collaboration as they navigated the corridors of ATM 2024.

Following this initial meeting, Alain St. Ange and Daniel Alexander are considering a follow-up meeting to delve deeper into collaboration details. An organized press visit to Belitung for a fact-finding mission may be arranged thereafter, further solidifying ties between the Indonesian small, protected island and Seychelles.
