Once again, i just to tell you that the outburst of one Mayegun against Baba Akintoye and his lieutenants has nothing to do with the freedom from Nigeria that the ordinary people within the homeland and DIASPORA are fighting for. It is about a Hustler fighting to protect his personal business from being deflated or affected or reduced by a perceived competitor. He was able to recruit a few hands within ILANA OMO OODUA in his base in the United Kingdom who are angry that they too have lost their franchise on our Court Case and Fund Raising. He is angry that Ighoho refused to grant his invitation to appear on his BUSINESS SHOW. May God have mercy!!

More revelation on why Mayegun is Angry with Baba Banji Akintoye is that Mayegun wants Baba Banji Akintoye to help him launch his personal project tagged YORUBA RESCUE FUND. Baba accepted and he was very happy. Later, Baba called him back to wait for the Launching of Yoruba National Fund being planned by Yoruba Self-Determination Movement to be done before his own personal project is launched, that's all. Mr. Mayegun went all out cursing, abusing and shouting at the age mates of his grandfather on the internet.

I make bold to say that all the Script Mayegun displayed on the internet that day was further FUELED by Olusola Oni, Basegun. Oni sent his agents who are using the YORUBA NATION to pay their monthly House Rent or their MORTGAGE to be hailing Mayegun online and abusing Baba Akintoye's Lieutenants like Baba Wale Adeniran, Maxwell Adeleye and co.

WHY OLUSOLA ONI AND HIS COHORTS IN ILANA UK LTD ARE ANGRY WITH MAXWELL ADELEYE AND PROFESSOR WALE ADENIRAN IS NEVER ABOUT YORUBA NATION ACTUALISATION BUT FOR PERSONAL INTEREST, VAIN SELF GLORY AND personal FAME.

PLEASE FOLLOW ME: Dr. Olusola Oni and nine others (Only Oni was from the UK amongst the ten people) were appointed by Professor Banji Akintoye to brainstorm and hire a lawyer for Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide to prosecute the court case against the validity of 1999 constitution in Ado-Ekiti and Osogbo Federal High Courts. But Dr. Oni went to tell his people in the UK that the court case is his idea for the UK Chapter and the people in the UK ignorantly fell for Oni's personal agenda which he want to use ILANA to prosecute.

After the Service Agreement was signed between Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide and the Lawyer, and the issue of Funds Raising came up, Baba Akintoye and Our Legal Director suggested we allow our Self-Determination Lawyers to handle it instead of paying a Lawyer #25million but Dr. Oni refused. When the people complained that the money was too much, the person who introduced the Lawyer abinitio, Maxwell Adeleye was called by Baba Akintoye to help speak to the Lawyer to reduce the price. The Lawyer agreed to reduce the price to #15million. Baba Akintoye was of the opinion that it is not necessary to even pay #15m that our Own Lawyers should handle it then Dr. Olusola Oni came out to say he doesn't believe in PROBONO LAWYERS, that HE WOULD HANDLE the FUNDS RAISING, that Himself and his Ilana Omo Oodua team members in the UK would pay the #15m and bills for Non-Court Activities needed to aide the Cases. Oni even bragged that if no one paid in UK Chapter, he would pay the money himself. Then Baba Akintoye hands off. Let me let everyone know that a document obtained be me shows that Olusola Oni handed wanted to use his position as the Head of the Legal Framework Committee to ensure the LEGAL SERVICE AGREEMENT was drafted and signed with the Letter Head of ILANA UK LIMITED, but the vigilant members of his committee stampeded him. One Dr. Remi Bamisile from the USA raised the objection that scattered Oni's plan from the beginning so Oni had his plan from day one.

Oni demanded a mandate letter from Baba Akintoye that gave him and his chapter in the UK the authority to handle the funds raising for the case on behalf of Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide. The letter was given to him and it expressly states that all Funds being collected be disbursed in conjunction with the Financial Secretary and Treasurer of Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide. He was also told to provide Funds for the Communications Secretary of Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide Maxwell Adeleye who was separately written by Professor Banji Akintoye to ensure that the publicity of the case SHOOK the world.

Two days before the case would be filed in court, Oni and his people in the UK reneged part of the pledge they made, that they would not be funding non-court activities which included Mainstream Publicity, Outdoor Publicity and Sensitisation, Town Hall Meetings, Etc. They told the Home Office in writing to handle the non-court activities while they would handle only LEGAL FEE.

What Dr. Oni and his clique in the UK did was to turn the funds raising that he promised to do Internally within the UK Chapter to a worldwide funds raising despite declining to fund all non-court activities after collecting Mandate from the Home Office. He was given all supports. Baba Akintoye started calling all our people worldwide to support the project. People started sending money from all over the world into the account made available by BASEGUN Oni. From Italy, America, Norway, Germany, Asia, people started sending money.

Dr. Oni said he would not Fund all non-court activities and the Headquarters moved on to get the job done by all means necessary. The Publicity Secretary got the BBC Yoruba Service and all Nigerian Mainstream Media to ensure a proper coverage of the Court Case Filing.

But findings revealed that Oni and his people decided they won't fund the Court case so that they can render the Publicity Secretary financially incapacitated. Empirical Evidence available before me shows that as the Publicity Secretary was preparing a PRESS STATEMENT to announce the Court Case officially to the world as the project of Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide under Professor Banji Akintoye, Dr. Olusola Oni had drafted his own statement, sent to someone in Nigeria to vet for him, projecting the court case as the Project of ILANA UK LTD under DR. OLUSOLA ONI.

What happened was that Maxwell Adeleye smartly released the official statement to the world which scattered all the personal agenda of Dr. Olusola Oni and his gang in ILANA UK LIMITED. The Statement shook the world, made the front pages of SEVEN NEWSPAPERS in Nigeria. Oni was terribly angry, he called an emergency meeting of the Court Implementation Committee where he questioned Maxwell Adeleye, the Global Spokesperson of Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide for not taking a permission from him, a Chapter Coordinator before releasing the PRESS STATEMENT already approved by Professor Banji Akintoye to the world. He demanded to be approving IOOW press statement on the case because he's raising legal fee funds which Maxwell Adeleye considered as an insult against the organization. Oni failed in his mission to personalise a collective effort and struggle of the Yoruba people. He Declared war against the hardworking Maxwell Adeleye since that day.

After failing to control the Publicity Department of ILANA OMO OODUA WORLDWIDE, he went all out, paying DIASPORA BLOGGERS AND YORUBA NATION AGITATION ONLINE MEDIA PRESENTERS TO BE PROJECTING HIM AS THE ARROWHEAD OF THE COURT CASE.

Oni went all out to set up another Facebook account called ILANA UK LIMITED with the earlier opened Twitter Account for his Chapter, projecting himself as the owner of the Idea of the court case, and ILANA UK LTD as the organization that instituted the court case in Osogbo and Ado-Ekiti against the run of plan. Our members in Ekiti and Osun States who are the Plantifs started lodging complaints against the personalisation of a collective effort by Basegun. Officially and Legally, the suit was instituted by Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide Chapters in Osun and Ekiti on behalf of the organization. Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide is just funding it. Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide UK Chapter volunteered to raise funds for the LEGAL FEE. Period.

Baba Akintoye and all the Worldwide executive council prevailed on Dr. Olusola Oni time without number to stop misinforming the public and misrepresenting facts, he would accept shortly after the meeting, go to the public to say ILANA UK LTD is the one that instituted the court case and THE PROJECT IS HIS PERSONAL IDEA. I have a tape where Oni was cautioned with him and he claimed ignorance and was pardoned.

Dr. Oni personalised the project to an extent that he excommunicated our TREASURER AND FINANCIAL SECRETARY from the Disbursement of Funds he's using our name to collect. No transparency. No accountability. He collect and spend the money with impunity. He rendered the office of our General Secretary useless.

When Olusola Oni refused to listen to a simple advise and instructions to stop personalising what we are all collectively doing for the YORUBA people, the Alana Professor Banji Akintoye withdrew the MANDATE given to Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide UK Chapter to handle the funds raising. Oni was also stopped from liasing with the Lawyer because he consistently used the advantage of talking to the Lawyer to over rule Baba Akintoye's instructions to the Lawyer. The Home Office decided to be handling the supervision of the case and paying the Lawyer. Oni was so pained, he felt Maxwell Adeleye and Professor Wale Adeniran influenced Baba Akintoye to withdraw the Court case franchise given to him hence the attack against Baba Akintoye, Baba Adeniran and Maxwell Adeleye.

Oni is all about himself, personal glory, self-praise, while some of his gang are all after using our struggle to pay for their house rent and mortgage. Dr. Oni has exposed all the conversations in the legal Committee platform to the public. Oni exposed all our budget to the Nigerian Government. He wrote a letter to Baba Akintoye that Ilana UK Chapter inaugurated by the Home Office is autonomous and independent, that himself is not accountable to the WORLDWIDE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL, that Ilana UK Executive is not accountable to the Worldwide Executive Council. He said no member in the UK should participate in the ongoing membership registration of Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide, he lied so much that people are wondering whether he is mentally deranged.

Dr. Olusola Oni Basegun has decided to bring down the organization not knowing that he's only bringing himself down. He wants to bring down MAXWELL ADELEYE, the young man that nominated him to Baba Akintoye in the first instance to head the committee that hired the LAWYER and prepared the framework for the court case. Adeleye became Oni's enemy the moment he was unable to control him like a slave. Oni joined Ilana Omo Oodua in October 2021, Maxwell is a foundation member since the days of YWC.

After withdrawing the franchise on court case from him, Olusola Oni has refused to hand over the Money that was raised that is in his possession to the Headquarters that gave him the mandate. He sat on the money, refusing to release it till this moment to pay the Lawyer. He refused to render an account, too.

Lastly, Oni has been attempting to blackmail our Publicity Secretary, Maxwell Adeleye, that he requested for #5m to publicise the case. Yes, the Publicity Department did when all departments were submitting their budgets in the Committee Oni headed.

The Publicity Department was given a Mandate to get BBC, CNN, and all Mainstream Media in Nigeria like ARISE, CHANNELS, AIT, TVC, and all the Major Print and Online Newspapers that will cover the entire duration of the procedings in Osogbo and Ado-Ekiti. That is what #5million is meant for. In my own rating, Maxwell Adeleye only wanted to help the organization by requesting for #5million. A news mention in BBC WORLD NEWS alone is more than #5m.

Dr. Olusola Oni who is blackmailing Maxwell Adeleye for requesting for #5m to help project the case also requested for #280million to buy food items for the people in Osun and Ekiti States to support Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide. But he was over-ruled. So, Oni should stop throwing stones while in a glass house. Oni and Maxwell Adeleye already had issues since February far before the case was filed.

Oni is the real enemy of our struggle, only after personal glory, having an ambition to succeed Professor Banji Akintoye as Alana Of ILANA OMO OODUA WORLDWIDE by all means necessary and he want to ensure that those who would not allow him succeed like Baba Adeniran, Maxwell Adeleye are destroyed. Oni Basegun is using many people currently who do not know that they are being used by him.
