TORREMOLINOS, MÁLAGA, SPAIN — Clevenard is pleased to announce the appointment of Cde. Dr. Winston Radikolo, President of the Botswana Sectors of Educators Trade Union (BOSETU), as a Global Ambassador of the Clevenard Open Project 2027.

The appointment forms part of the continuing development of the CLEVEnARD International Ambassadorial Programme, a distinguished international network bringing together leaders, professionals, experts and global connectors whose experience, knowledge and relationships can contribute to meaningful dialogue, collaboration and opportunities across continents.

A DISTINGUISHED LEADER FROM BOTSWANA

Cde. Dr. Winston Radikolo is an education professional and trade union leader with more than 25 years of teaching experience and a longstanding commitment to education, professional development and leadership in Botswana.

As President of BOSETU, he leads strategic initiatives representing educators at national level and contributes to discussions concerning education policy, teacher development and the professional advancement of educators. His academic and professional background includes a Master of Science in Strategic Management, a Bachelor of Education in Science, and qualifications in enterprise risk management, leadership and development.

His wider professional involvement includes board and committee responsibilities connected with risk management, financial inclusion and corporate governance, providing an additional perspective on leadership and institutional development.

GLOBAL AMBASSADOR — BOTSWANA, EDUCATION & INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

As a Global Ambassador of the Clevenard Open Project 2027, Cde. Radikolo will contribute to Clevenard's international engagement through his experience in education, leadership, professional development and national-level stakeholder engagement.

His areas of contribution will particularly include:

  3. Botswana–international relations and connections
  4. Business and investment opportunities
  5. Youth and professional empowerment
  6. Skills development and knowledge exchange

Through the role, Cde. Dr Radikolo will support appropriate connections between Botswana-based institutions, businesses, professionals and entrepreneurs and relevant international organisations, investors, business leaders and development partners within the Clevenard network.

The objective is to create meaningful bridges that can support investment dialogue, business partnerships, education opportunities, professional exchange and international collaboration involving Botswana and the wider international community.

A CONTINUING RELATIONSHIP WITH CLEVEnARD

Cde. Radikolo's appointment builds upon his existing relationship with Clevenard.

In 2026, Clevenard announced that he would receive an Honorary Award at the Clevenard Open Project 2026 in Alicante, Spain, recognising his leadership and contribution to education and professional development. He was also scheduled to deliver a keynote address during the Global Authors' Recognition & Education Summit, sharing his perspectives on education, leadership and transformative policies in Africa.

His appointment as a Global Ambassador for the 2027 edition represents a further development of this relationship and creates an opportunity for his experience and international connections to contribute to Clevenard's expanding global platform.

One of the objectives of Cde. Radikolo's ambassadorial role will be to help strengthen connections between Botswana and international networks.
