Biography for Mr. Soulpeace Thomas Mzee
Mr Soulpeace has over 14 years of experience in training, business development, project management, quality assurance, human resources, finance, and administration gained through senior managerial positions held with international NGOs, the private sector, and the banking industry. More than 50 prestigious national and international organizations, including government bodies, have enlisted his services as a consultant.
His key areas of skill include, but are not limited to, business growth, enabling organizational development processes, corporate finance, training and coaching, operations, quality assurance, and human resource management. Proposal and business plan writing, capacity development, organization assessment, sales and marketing, team building, and partnership creation are all areas in which he excels. Mr Soulpeace holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in International Trade and Development.
He also holds various credentials in banking, corporate finance, monitoring and evaluation, and project management. Mr Soulpeace currently serves as the Founding Managing Director of three different companies based in Arusha City, Tanzania: Noble Associates Inc., a well-respected business and development advisory firm; Noble Adventure Tanzania (NAT) DMC, a licensed tour operator and destination management company; and Apex Tanzania Enterprises, a gemstones and metals brokerage firm
