Clevenard and the Forum of African Traditional Authorities (FATA) Sign Historic Memorandum of Understanding
Palma de Mallorca, Spain — 3 March 2026
In a landmark development set to strengthen Africa’s cultural diplomacy, traditional leadership, and international collaboration, Clevenard Group Worldwide has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Forum of African Traditional Authorities (FATA) on 3 March 2026.
This historic agreement represents a major step toward empowering traditional authorities across Africa, enhancing global media visibility for Africa’s royal institutions, and fostering collaboration between cultural leadership and the modern communications era. The signing ceremony brings together royal leaders, international delegates, business representatives, and members of the global media.
The Forum of African Traditional Authorities (FATA) is a continental organization that unites kings, queens, chiefs, and traditional rulers from all 54 African countries under one umbrella. It serves as the collective voice of Africa’s royal institutions and guardians of the continent’s cultural identity and traditional values. FATA’s mission is to promote unity, good governance, peacebuilding, and socio-economic development through the wisdom, influence, and authority of traditional leadership.
Widely recognized as the organization representing Africa’s royal institutions, FATA members play vital roles in community development, cultural preservation, conflict resolution, and the protection of Africa’s rich heritage.
The MoU between Clevenard and FATA represents a groundbreaking alliance that bridges modern digital communication with Africa’s traditional governance structures. Through this strategic partnership, both organizations aim to amplify Africa’s cultural presence on the global stage while promoting the values of leadership, cooperation, and inclusiveness.
Through the collaboration, FATA will leverage Clevenard’s advanced media infrastructure, communication platforms, and marketing expertise to promote traditional governance and share Africa’s stories in a powerful, authentic, and globally accessible way.
For Africa and its traditional institutions, the benefits of this partnership are transformative.
First, the collaboration will strengthen cultural preservation and global visibility. Clevenard will provide platforms for FATA to showcase Africa’s diverse heritage through documentaries, royal features, and global media coverage. This initiative will not only help preserve traditions but also highlight Africa’s royal institutions as symbols of unity, wisdom, peace, and cultural continuity.
Secondly, the partnership will reinforce the role of traditional rulers in promoting peace, conflict resolution, and social harmony within communities. By providing access to international media and strategic communication tools, Clevenard will help ensure that FATA’s initiatives in governance, cultural preservation, and sustainable development gain global recognition and support.
Another important focus of the partnership will be the empowerment of youth and women through educational initiatives, leadership development programs, and digital skills training. Using Clevenard’s platforms—including Clevenard TV, Clevenard Radio, and Clevenard Marketers—both organizations will work together to highlight empowerment initiatives and promote programs that contribute to social and economic advancement within traditional communities.
The collaboration will also promote tourism, trade, and investment across Africa. Clevenard’s extensive global media reach will showcase African royal kingdoms, cultural festivals, and heritage destinations to international audiences, stimulating economic growth and attracting investment in cultural and community-based tourism.
Beyond Africa, the partnership will also contribute to the global community by promoting intercultural dialogue, mutual understanding, and appreciation of African traditions and leadership systems. The world will gain access to authentic African knowledge systems and values that can inspire models of peace, resilience, and community-based governance.
Furthermore, this collaboration opens opportunities for international partnerships, academic exchanges, and cross-border development initiatives, contributing to a more connected and cooperative global society.
The MoU was signed on behalf of Clevenard Group Worldwide by Adefaratoluwa Osindero Olutimehin, Founder and CEO of Clevenard Worldwide, based in Spain. Representing FATA was His Royal Majesty Dr. Mwanta Ishima Sanken’i VI of Zambezi, Zambia, who serves as the Secretary General of the Forum of African Traditional Authorities.
