About Stephane Talnan Penagnoufa Kone

Stephane Talnan is a dynamic diplomat, entrepreneur, and economic development strategist with over 15 years of experience promoting Africa’s growth and global cooperation. His career spans Ivory Coast, Ghana, Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea Conakry, Comoros, South Africa, and beyond.

Starting in 2006 with CFAO MIPA, Abidjan, as a Quality Controller, Stephane gained expertise in certification and product validation. From 2010 to 2013, he served as a Trade Agent for ORANGE CI, supporting mobile money and internet services. Since 2013, he has focused on economic diplomacy, international cooperation, and development initiatives, collaborating with African governments, regional organizations, and the EU-AU Summit.

Fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Italian, with proficiency in Portuguese, Stephane combines cultural insight with practical expertise in diplomacy and economic development. He currently leads initiatives through SOAD and PEN CT, fostering sustainable development, innovation, and pan-African partnerships.
