My name is Leleti Sasher Kimangu.

I am 17 years of age and have recently graduated from High School. I am on the path to pursuing law in college. My hobbies are quite diverse,

including netball, creative writing, and the occasional game of chess. Destination Imagination is having a profound impact on my life because the experience challenges me to think beyond the realm of conventional thought and embrace innovative ideas. DI Africa has served as a launchpad for my creativity, fostering a lifelong passion for problem-solving and imaginative pursuits. The experiences I have had, and the skills I continue to hone through Destination Imagination is undoubtedly shaping me into a more well-rounded individual.

As I, reminisce on the journey of our team, I am reminded of the countless times we have come together to solve complex challenges and bring our imaginations to life. Our team is a testament to the limitless potential of human creativity and our ability to work together towards a common goal. As the President of our Destination Imagination team, I believe beyond perceivable imagination that our team is meant to achieve greatness and positively contribute to the community.

With my background in leadership roles at school and my unwavering passion for the arts and creativity, I am confident in my ability to steer our team to new heights. I understand the importance of fostering a collaborative environment, where each and every member has the opportunity to contribute their unique skills and ideas. As President, I will work tirelessly to bring out the best in each of us, and to inspire us to tackle the most challenging.

My names are Oarabile Sophia Diboko I'm 17 years old I am currently in high school. My hobbies are playing basketball, writing scripts and poems, dancing, acting and researching on #STREAM I am part of the #DITEEMANE TSA RONA ENGINEERS which will be taking part at the #GLOBAL finals 2023 DI has changed my life as it exposed me to a lot of opportunities. I've been part of Destination Imagination Botswana for 3 years. I have been working very hard to keep my team moving forward. I believe I am a good leader because I have; integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect, empathy and gratitude. I am a powerful charismatic person. I have persevered through challenges, and I am good with communication. I'm someone who is intelligent, focused, pragmatic, and a good listener and multitasker, and I have love for the team.

SETHUNYA FIKIE NTOPE

I go by the name Sethunya Fikie Ntope. A young female of 17 years of age. I recently completed my high school studies at Gaborone Senior Secondary

School. I am currently awaiting my college entrance examination results. My Hobbies are Volunteering and Reading Novels. I am currently a volunteer and participant in the Destination Imagination Botswana program. I am the Team Leader for the STEAM team that will participate in the Global Finals in United States this year. I was a part of the Imagine the Experience challenge in My school Gaborone Senior Secondary School. Destination Imagination has enabled me to learn how to work in a team. DI program continue to contribute to discovering my talents I did not know I had. I still continue to learn a lot by participating in DI’s programs with my peers. Destination Imagination has given me access to learn subjects such as Sciences and Mathematics in an easy and fun way. My communication skills are improving because the program require that we do things we are not use to doing. I have learned how to communicate fully in front of a big crowd and I must say Destination Imagination has made me into a very brave girl.

RETHABILE MABLE RAMOGALANA

My name is Rethabile Mable Ramogalana, I am 18 years old and i am at high school level. I love Accounting and mathematics and i do hope to pursue a career in those. I love music and dancing which i both do at my leisure. I am a STEAM enthusiast and I joined Destination Imagination in 2021 when i participated in the school competitions and my team ended up winning. Destination Imagination has improved my confidence, problem solving and critical thinking skills as well thinking outside the box. I have met delegatesthrough them, including ministers, ambassadors and well known artists who loved what we do. I am currently part of the team called Diteemane Tsa Rona, that will represent Botswana as well as Africa at large at the
Global Finals in May which is a great opportunity for me, thanks to DI.

I answer to Wedu Mmopi. I'm at high school level. A girl that is into modelling and aspiring to be an actress. I am also an advocate for human rights. A STEAM enthusiast that's what i am. I am part of the team that will be representing Botswana at the Global finals in USA #Team Diteemane tsa rona. I believe I am a multi-talented, bubbly, self-confident lady who aims at raising the flag higher. I joined Destination Imagination in order to learn and improve my soft skills and it really helped get me out of my nutshell. I am one person who is open minded and eager to grab onto any opportunity that pops up.

My name is Ryan Shabba Mosenyegi

I am a 17-year-old male I have finished my senior secondary level of education and am currently waiting my Results. I am a Destination Imagination alumni and part of Diteemane Tsa Rona, the team that will be representing Botswana in the Destination Imagination Global

My hobbies include drawing, speed cubing, researching about technological innovations, reading manga, animating and learning programing languages. Destination imagination has given many opportunities to meet important dignitaries and a few local artists. Not only but it has helped improve my communication skills, persuasive speech skills, my critical thinking skills and my problem solving skills. I look forward to continuing my time in Destination imagination Botswana.

ROMEO OAKANTSE KOWA

I am Romeo Oakantse Kowa, a 17 year old young man. One thing I like doing most is creating scripted content. I am a Destination Imagination

Botswana Alumni, inspiring media personality, the boy child activist and a STEAM enthusiast. The love I have for TV and RADIO is extraordinary. Growing up as boy child taught me a lot of lessons that are not addressed today., that is why I chose to be an activist. Destination Imagination really taught me life changing lessons indeed.

Public speaking was my favorite because of the passion I had for media. Critical thinking helped me both inside and outside class. Problem solving; I learned how to tackle hard problems and solved them with ease. I am now a better Romeo, because of the help of Destination Imagination.
