During one of the most challenging periods of her life, while courageously undergoing cancer treatment, Her Imperial Highness experienced a profound spiritual vision that transformed her personal journey into a higher calling. Inspired to answer the call of the Most High, she initiated a daily prayer fellowship that has since evolved into a growing and vibrant community devoted to prayer, witnessing, encouragement, and spiritual growth. Now entering its third year, this fellowship continues to unite people through faith and fellowship, providing strength and support to countless individuals.

This divine purpose became the foundation of One Sister With A Purpose, an organization born from her personal experience as a cancer survivor and dedicated to uplifting those facing the often-isolating challenges of cancer. Through this mission, Her Imperial Highness has transformed personal survival into a powerful movement of hope, advocacy, and compassionate action.

A proud graduate of Cass High School in Cartersville, Georgia, Her Imperial Highness developed a strong foundation of discipline, determination, and leadership through athletics. She played basketball throughout middle school and high school and continued her athletic journey for three years at AUM, experiences that helped shape the resilience and perseverance that have become hallmarks of her leadership.

Building on these values, she pursued a career in healthcare and served as a compassionate nurse, bringing both professional expertise and heartfelt empathy to her work. Her experience in the medical field provided invaluable insight into the challenges faced by patients and families, strengthening her commitment to advocacy and community support.

As a two-time cancer survivor, Queen Fashoda has become a powerful advocate for individuals striving to balance recovery with the everyday realities of life. Through One Sister With A Purpose, she has established a critical support network that addresses needs often left unmet by traditional healthcare systems. By leveraging strategic partnerships and community resources, the organization provides material assistance, mental wellness support, prescription aid, transportation services, childcare assistance, and other essential resources that help survivors focus on healing and rebuilding their lives.

In 2022, Her Imperial Highness expanded her impact through a partnership with a major financial services organization, enhancing her ability to support underserved families through financial literacy education and economic empowerment initiatives.
