With more than 15 years of experience spanning Skills Development, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Consulting, and Information Technology, Dr. Malinga has built and led several successful organisations that reflect his commitment to empowerment through knowledge, innovation, and sustainable impact.

He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Funda Institute, a leading South African training provider specialising in accredited skills development and occupational health programmes. He is also the Managing Director of Skysure Life, an insurance company providing accessible life and funeral cover solutions, and Co-Founder of Pesly Group, a diversified enterprise focused on education, business growth, and community advancement.

Dr. Malinga serves on the Board of Evaluators at the Africa Occupational Safety and Health (AOSH), where he contributes to maintaining professional standards and accreditation excellence within the occupational health and safety sector.

Recognised as a Health and Safety Subject Matter Expert, Certified OHS Auditor, and IT Professional with Cisco and CompTIA certifications, he successfully bridges technical expertise with strategic leadership.
