Dr. Sakhile Manono serves as Co-Director of the African Institution of Leadership and Governance (AIOLG), a South Africa-based Pan-African institution dedicated to nurturing ethical, visionary, and transformational leaders throughout the African continent.

In his leadership role, Dr. Manono provides strategic direction for AIOLG’s educational initiatives, executive leadership programmes, governance training, and capacity-building activities designed to strengthen leadership effectiveness and promote good governance.

Working alongside fellow Co-Director Dr. Emmanuel J. Nkhoma, he has played an instrumental role in advancing AIOLG’s mission of developing principled leaders equipped to address Africa’s evolving social, economic, and governance challenges. Through professional education, executive development, research, and community engagement, Dr. Manono continues to champion leadership solutions that foster sustainable institutions and inclusive development.
