Widely recognized as Eswatini’s CX Advocacy Champion, Dr. Museka serves as the Executive Secretary of Eswatini Customer Experience Practitioners (ECxP), the nation’s premier professional body for customer experience professionals. Through his leadership, he has championed the professionalization of customer experience, strengthened industry standards, and promoted a culture of customer-centric excellence across both public and private sectors.

An accomplished International CX Speaker and respected thought leader, Dr. Museka has addressed audiences throughout Africa, the Middle East, and other international platforms, sharing insights on customer experience strategy, service innovation, leadership development, and organizational excellence. He also serves as a Committee Member of the Africa CX Leadership Forum, helping shape the future of customer experience across the African continent.

His expertise spans multiple sectors, including banking, financial services, hospitality, healthcare, retail, public utilities, and government institutions. Through consulting, coaching, training, and advocacy, he has consistently translated customer experience principles into tangible business outcomes and long-term organizational success.
