About Xoli Moagi

Nomxolisi "Xoli" Moagi is an accomplished entrepreneur, marketing practitioner, business executive, and advocate for inclusive economic development. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership and Management while serving in several influential leadership positions across South Africa's business, educational, and community sectors.

She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the North West Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NWCOCI), where she leads strategic initiatives that promote enterprise development, investment facilitation, business growth, and stakeholder partnerships throughout the North West Province and beyond.

A passionate champion of women's empowerment, Xoli serves as Chairperson of Professional Remarkable Women, an organisation dedicated to empowering women leaders, supporting vulnerable women, and advancing socio-economic development through mentorship, advocacy, and leadership programmes.

She is also a Board Member of the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI), where she leads the Chambers Forum, strengthening collaboration, advocacy, and capacity-building efforts among chambers of commerce across South Africa. Through this influential role, she contributes significantly to advancing the interests of organised business and enhancing economic participation nationwide.

Her leadership extends to governance and education through her service on the Board of the North-West University Business School and the Provincial Moral Regeneration Movement, where she provides strategic guidance and governance oversight.

A tireless advocate for women in traditionally male-dominated industries, Xoli serves as Deputy President of the South African Women in Construction and Build Environment (SAWIC & BE) and is an active member of Women in Mining South Africa (WIMSA). Through these platforms, she champions increased participation, leadership opportunities, and economic inclusion for women in construction, mining, and the built environment sectors.

Beyond business leadership, Xoli serves as an Associate Pastor, integrating faith-based values with ethical leadership, servant leadership principles, and community transformation initiatives. Her work consistently focuses on youth development, women's empowerment, entrepreneurship, and strengthening institutions that contribute to sustainable economic growth and social progress.
