The award will be formally presented on Day 4 – Sunday, 30 August 2026, during the Clevenard Global Awards – 3rd Edition 2026, a premier international ceremony celebrating exceptional leaders, innovators, educators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers whose work is creating transformative impact across industries and communities worldwide.

LIMFENYUY KONGNSO CYRILLE

Tourism Educator | Hospitality Executive | International Consultant | Sustainable Tourism Advocate

With more than fifteen years of experience spanning tourism education, hotel management, consultancy, and destination development, LIMFENYUY KONGNSO Cyrille has established himself as a respected leader in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Born in Cameroon on 26 June 1982, Cyrille has earned international recognition through his commitment to advancing hospitality excellence, tourism education, and sustainable tourism development across Africa and beyond.

His academic achievements include a Diploma in Travel Agency Management, an IATA Diploma in EBT and Airfares & Ticketing, a Diploma in Secretariat and Administrative Studies, an Advanced Diploma in Tourism, and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Service and Administration. He further expanded his expertise through a Dual Executive MBA in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management and is currently completing his PhD at the Madison International Institute of Business, Rabat Campus, Morocco.

Currently serving as an Assistant Lecturer in Tourism and Hospitality Management at the University of Buea, Cameroon, and as Director of Global Connect Consulting Solutions Ltd., Cyrille continues to shape future industry professionals while advising organisations on tourism development, hospitality operations, and strategic business growth.

Throughout his distinguished career, he has held several senior leadership positions, including:

• Director, Gilgal Tower Luxury Hotel Apartments (2022–2025)
• Interim Director of Operations, Hotel Benoue, Garoua (2022)
• Sales and Marketing Manager, Tagidor Garden Resort & Spa (2021)

His contributions extend beyond the private sector into academia, mentorship, and professional development, making him one of the most respected tourism professionals in the region.

Cyrille is an active member of several prestigious professional organisations, including:

• Hotel and Tourism Stakeholders Association (Fako)
• Association of Tourism Professionals of Cameroon
• Association of Hospitality Professionals, Buea
• Executive Member, RE-BRANDING Cameroon

As co-founder of the Cameroon Tourism Students Network and a former President of Round Table International Cameroon, he has also demonstrated exceptional commitment to youth empowerment, community service, and social development.
