Her honorary recognition will be formally presented on Day 4 — Sunday, 30 August 2026, during the Clevenard Global Award – 3rd Edition 2026, the flagship ceremony of the Clevenard Open Project, held alongside the International Fashion Runway. This distinguished event celebrates exceptional global leaders whose influence transcends borders, institutions, and generations.

A Global Trailblazer Whose Impact Spans Continents

Some people talk about the world they want to see. Chantal CLAIRICIA builds it — one woman, one child, one community at a time.

A globally recognised leader, educator, and advocate for diversity and inclusion, Chantal has dedicated more than two decades to dismantling systemic barriers and uplifting women and children — particularly across Africa, the African diaspora, the Caribbean, and French-speaking communities worldwide.

Her influence spans the worlds of international business, education, community development, and social justice. From boardrooms to classrooms, from policy platforms to grassroots initiatives, Chantal remains above all a woman of action.

Champion for Women — In Business, Leadership & Life

In the early 2000s, Chantal founded the Francophone Network of Black Women Business Owners (RFFAN), creating a first-of-its-kind ecosystem for French-speaking Black women entrepreneurs. RFFAN later became the French chapter of the European Federation of Black Women Business Leaders, where she served as Vice-President.

As Operational Director for Africa at the Global Women Inventors and Innovators Network (GWIIN), she contributed to historic initiatives, including:

• The EUWIIN launch (2007)
• The SAWII launch in South Africa (2008)
• The Global Women Economic & Social Empowerment Summit, Ghana (2018)

Her work has been recognised with awards presented by South African government ministers in 2006 and 2008, honouring her commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs.

Chantal further shaped international dialogue as a founding member of WINTRADE WEEK, supporting its first two global editions in 2017 and 2018.

A Voice for Children — Nurturing Tomorrow’s Leaders

As Director of La Petite École d'Ealing, Chantal leads a bilingual school for children aged 3 to 18, nurturing confident, multilingual global citizens.

Recognising that children with special educational needs were being overlooked in the FLAM (French as a Mother Tongue) system, she designed a groundbreaking inclusion programme adopted across approximately 60 schools. Supported by Parapluie FLAM and the AEFE, the initiative earned the Prix FLAM Monde (Paris, 2024) at the first global Rencontre Mondiale FLAM.

Her commitment extends to:

• Training secondary school students in the French Caribbean through Erasmus+
• Developing a community library in Guinea-Conakry, empowering local families and schools
• Advocating for girls' education, one of society’s most transformative investments

Who She Is

Chantal is an international public speaker, educator, visiting professor in leadership and finance, and business transformation consultant. A Chartered Management Accountant and qualified performance coach, she moves effortlessly between global capitals and local communities.

Her advocacy includes volunteer service as an Alzheimer’s Society Ambassador and Dementia Friends Ambassador. She is also a proud member of Toastmasters International.

In 2018, she was among a select group of women from ethnic minority communities invited to 10 Downing Street to share insights on the UK Government’s race report — a testament to her voice, impact, and leadership.

Her contribution to humanity is reflected in the communities she uplifts, the networks she builds, and the generations she inspires.
