Professionally, Dr. Okoli is a highly accomplished technology expert and serves as an Engineering Delivery Manager at Thales UK, one of the world’s leading engineering and defence technology companies. In 2005, he broke racial and professional barriers by becoming the first Black African Quality Assurance Test Manager for the Olympic Delivery Authority under Atos UK.
