Clevenard to Honour Seun Makanjuola (Gbemisoke) at the 2026 Clevenard Open Project & Clevenard Global Awards in Alicante, Spain

Alicante, Spain — Clevenard SL is proud to announce that Seun Makanjuola (Gbemisoke), celebrated Gospel Recording Artist, Worship Leader, and Yoruba Gospel Music Minister, will be honoured with a prestigious Honorary Award at the 2026 Clevenard Open Project – 5th Edition and the Clevenard Global Awards – 3rd Edition, taking place from 27–30 August 2026 at the Palacio de Congresos, Alicante, Spain.

Her recognition will be officially presented on Day 4 — Sunday, 30 August 2026, during the Clevenard Global Awards and International Fashion Runway, a ceremony dedicated to honouring global trailblazers whose influence shapes communities and cultures worldwide.

Widely known as Gbemisoke, Seun Makanjuola is a revered voice in Yoruba gospel worship, with a ministry spanning nearly three decades. She rose to prominence with the iconic Yoruba worship album “Gbemisoke” (2000), a landmark project that continues to inspire worshippers and gospel musicians globally. Her music — including songs such as Tete Dide, Iyin F’OBA, Glorious Year, Ope, Mighty King, Imole, and Ese O Jesu — is celebrated for its spiritual depth, heartfelt worship, and powerful prophetic expression.

Since beginning her music ministry in 1996, Seun Makanjuola has remained a consistent vessel of praise, ministering across Nigeria and internationally. She attributes her artistic inspiration to the leading of the Holy Spirit and continues to impact lives through worship that uplifts, heals, and draws hearts closer to God. Beyond ministry, she is a devoted wife and mother dedicated to faith, family, and service.
