The honorary recognition will be formally presented on Day 4 — Sunday, 30 August 2026, during the Clevenard Global Award – 3rd Edition, the flagship awards ceremony of the Clevenard Open Project 2026. About Dr Winnie Mashaba

Dr Winnie Mashaba is a celebrated gospel music icon, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. With over 25 years in gospel music and 15 years in entrepreneurship, she has distinguished herself as a trailblazer in both the creative and business worlds.

She founded Elegant Class Consulting and Tswako Music Company, establishing a platform for future musicians while providing high-quality audio and visual services for corporate and social events. Dr Mashaba’s ventures reflect her lifelong commitment to community empowerment, including initiatives such as donating school uniforms, food parcels, and mentoring youth.

Born in Steelpoort, Limpopo Province, Dr Mashaba began singing at a young age and made her professional debut with the album Exodus 20 in 2000. She has since released 19 albums, including notable works like Menwana Phezulu, Joang Kapa Joang, and Ke Rata Wena, achieving Gold and Double Platinum status.
