Xoli Madlala is the founder of Redefining Menopause Africa and a leading menopause thought leader dedicated to transforming how Africa understands, experiences, and responds to menopause. An internationally certified menopause coach, policy advisor, and author, she combines professional expertise with lived experience to ensure menopause conversations are inclusive, accessible, and empowering.

Her work spans corporates, communities, churches, couples, and individuals, helping organisations and societies create menopause-inclusive environments that support women’s health and wellbeing. A sought-after public speaker, she is a TEDxLytteltonWomen presenter and respected media contributor, with features across television, radio, podcasts, print, and digital platforms.
