Planned to accommodate over 400,000 residents and provide housing for up to two million people, the city will include:

• An eco-smart residential hub integrating AI, IoT, and renewable energy systems.
• A 1.7 million ton-per-year Pig Iron and Steel Plant, creating over 50,000 jobs.
• An Inland Dry Port capable of handling 3 million tons of cargo per month, boosting trade and logistics.
• Green industrial zones promoting clean manufacturing and circular economy practices.
• Modern healthcare and education facilities, including research and innovation centers.

The project also includes Soda Ash production plants in Botswana, expected to generate 20,000 new jobs, revitalizing the glass manufacturing industry and supporting the production of steel and other critical materials.

By integrating renewable energy systems, digital connectivity, and climate-resilient design, Bern-Win Utopia aligns directly with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — particularly SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities), and SDG 13 (Climate Action).
