Crowned Best Female Artist of the Year (Free State, 2022), she has become a leading voice in gospel music and a beacon of inspiration to believers everywhere.

Born in Welkom, Free State, Mpotso discovered her passion for singing at the tender age of six. Her musical journey began in Sunday School at the Full Gospel Church and grew through her participation in school choirs, where teachers recognized and nurtured her exceptional gift.

By the age of fifteen, Mpotso had embraced her calling to pursue music as a career — performing at church events and community gatherings. Over time, she realized that her music was not merely a talent, but a ministry of healing and hope.

Supported by her grandmother and her husband, Bishop Isaac Ngwenya, she has dedicated her life to spreading messages of faith and spiritual renewal through her music and public speaking.

Her debut album, “Letsoho” (2007), captured hearts with its authentic sound and message of worship. She went on to release several more acclaimed albums, including “Ungabothula,” “Ke Ngwana Hao,” and “Kea Leboha”, each testifying to her unwavering devotion and musical excellence.

Through her music and motivational work, Mpotso Ngwenya continues to uplift souls and remind the world that every gift is meant to serve a greater purpose.
