A graduate of South Bank University, London, with a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business and Finance, Polly combines rigorous financial expertise with a passion for supporting disadvantaged communities. She has established herself as both a trusted financial adviser and a pioneering advocate for social and economic resilience.

With over 20 years in the financial services industry, Polly has specialised in insurance, wealth preservation, and financial protection, working with organisations such as:

At Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, she worked as an Entrepreneurship Adviser, delivering mentorship and training to aspiring entrepreneurs and small businesses. Notably, she was among just 1–4 individuals in the UK chosen to lead the Positive Pathways Project, funded by the Home Office and Big Lottery Fund, supporting refugees in building sustainable entrepreneurial ventures.

Her leadership also extended to employment and inclusion initiatives such as the Work Programme (DWP) and the Transition to Employment Programme, where she mentored long-term unemployed individuals, helping them re-enter the workforce.

Education, Social Enterprise & Recognition

Polly is a qualified ESOL tutor, equipping non-native speakers with essential language skills for integration, education, and employment.

As Founder and Director of Dazzling Futures Services CIC, she led a community interest company dedicated to empowering marginalised groups, unlocking potential, and fostering resilience.
