Her scholarship and advocacy highlight the unique challenges faced by diverse communities across the diaspora and Sub-Saharan Africa. A Distinguished Legal and Academic Career

Olivia began her legal journey in Nigeria, where she was admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court in 1992. Her career has since expanded across both Africa and the United Kingdom, where she has demonstrated versatility and excellence in diverse legal systems. She further deepened her expertise with a Master’s degree in Migration and Law from Queen Mary University of London.

As a respected member of the World Association for Sustainable Development (WASD), Olivia contributes as rapporteur, facilitating international discussions and documenting findings for WASD and the United Nations Joint Inspection Unit in Geneva. Her role connects her with global stakeholders working to address pressing challenges in sustainability and development.

Building Bridges Across Communities

Olivia’s impact also extends through her affiliations with Initiatives of Change UK, where she engages in fostering trust and ethical leadership. She is the founder and director of the Reinvent African Diaspora Network (RADET) in the UK — an educational platform promoting dialogue, socio-economic empowerment, and cultural identity within the African diaspora.

Her contributions to academic discourse are extensive, including landmark publications such as:
