Salomón Beyo Fringo is the founder and president of EL MAT – El Mundo y África Trabajan, an NGO established in Córdoba, Spain, in 2011 by African migrants. The association has become a bridge between Africa and Europe, promoting educational, cultural, and development cooperation initiatives in Cameroon, Spain, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
From leading intercultural mediation workshops and awareness campaigns in Spanish schools and prisons, to managing rural development projects in Africa, Salomón exemplifies a grassroots, transformative approach to global justice.

- Community & International Projects: Over a decade designing and implementing educational, health, agricultural, and infrastructure projects in Cameroon and the DRC through EL MAT and its sister organization, LE MAT (Le Monde et l’Afrique Travaillent).
- Cultural Advocacy: Founder of the acclaimed annual event ‘La Noche Negra’, a cultural and educational gathering in Córdoba that commemorates migrant lives lost and addresses modern slavery through art, music, and collective memory.
