Originally from Edo State, Nigeria, Tony Airhenbuwa has lived in Germany for over three decades, becoming a respected voice in the diaspora media space. He is currently a Radio Broadcaster and Producer at Tide 96.0FM in Hamburg, where he presents his renowned bilingual program, "What's Up Naija", aired in both German and English.

His mission through radio is clear: to enlighten, educate, entertain, and promote African culture within the host country and beyond. Tony is a proud member of the Deutscher Journalisten-Verband (German Journalists Association) and previously served as Program Director for TopAfric Radio (2010–2014) and African Heritage Radio (2014–2018).

Over the years, his remarkable work has earned him more than 30 prestigious awards, including:
