LRA: A Transformative Global Strategist & Diaspora Leader

Hon. Lawal Rilwan Ayoola (LRA) serves as the Managing Partner of LRA Consulting, where since 2015 he has successfully led market entry, strategic planning, and policy advocacy initiatives—especially facilitating key partnerships between Swedish investors and West African markets.

From 2016 to 2022, LRA held the position of National Secretary of the Committee of Diaspora Chairmen (CDC) within Nigeria’s ruling APC, and served two terms as National Chairman of APC Scandinavia. In these roles, he drove major projects including waste-to-energy collaborations, the donation of medical equipment to Lagos, and securing over $1.6 million in grants for girls’ education funded by Norway.

With over 21 years of multi-sectoral experience, LRA has propelled social entrepreneurship and political engagement across regions—pioneering youth empowerment, healthcare access, sustainable housing, agriculture, and inclusive public policy .

He also served in the Presidential Campaign Council of APC Nigeria (2013–2019), designing effective grassroots strategies and diaspora outreach programs that strengthened democratic engagement across continents.
