Pastor Nsirim is a highly respected Public Relations expert and passionate Media Rights Advocate with a professional journey spanning over 35 years. From his beginnings in journalism to holding influential roles in government, he has consistently promoted transparency, truth, and effective communication as tools for nation-building.

He served as the Commissioner for Information and Communications in Rivers State, Nigeria, where he led transformative campaigns such as the widely acclaimed #OurStateOurResponsibility initiative. Currently, he is the Executive Director of the De Gratia Centre for Media Rights and Education, a platform dedicated to advancing media freedom, civic education, and professional communication practices.

A Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and Justice of the Peace, Pastor Nsirim has also contributed nationally through strategic roles, including membership in the HIV/AIDS National Prevention Technical Working Group.
