IMPORTANT PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT – CLEVENARD RADIO MUSIC AWARDS 2025

STRICT ENTRY POLICY – NO GROUPS ALLOWED

• Only the official award finalists will be allowed entry.
• No groups, entourages, or unauthorized guests will be permitted.

ENTRY RULES

• Finalists: Free entry for award finalists only.
• Guests: If you are bringing a guest, they must have a valid entry ticket or purchase one at the entrance for €25.

Limited Capacity – No Standing Allowed
We have only 100 seats available. Once they are sold out, no more entries will be allowed.

TICKET VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION

• If you purchased a ticket from someone, you must prove who sold it to you at the entrance.
• Failure to verify your ticket purchase will result in denied entry.
• Participants who received tickets but have not paid must settle their payment immediately. If your guests have unpaid tickets, they will be turned away at the entrance.

LEGAL NOTICE

• Clevenard SL (NIF B75809574) is a legally registered company in Spain. Clevenard is not an NGO or an association—it is a profit-making organization specializing in marketing, networking, telecommunications, and consulting.

DO NOT come to the venue if:

❌ You do not have an entry ticket.
❌ You are not an official finalist.
❌ You are arriving in a group.
❌ You expect to enter just because you have €25 (entry is subject to seat availability).

Once all 100 seats are taken, entry will be closed, even if you have the entry fee.
