Registration & Participation

• Artists pay a one-time registration fee to be eligible for participation.
• All artists must create a profile on Clevenard.com, where they will upload their biographies, music, videos, and other promotional content.
• Artists are required to share their Clevenard.com profiles with their audience to encourage votes, comments, and engagement.
• Voting System & Process
• The Clevenard Awards implements a transparent voting process with two key components:

Public Voting (50%)

• Fans can vote an unlimited number of times for their favorite artists.
• Only registered users on Clevenard.com can vote to prevent spam.
• The leaderboard will showcase the top-voted artists in real time.
• Votes will be determined by likes, comments, and views on each artist’s profile.

Panel of Judges (50%)

• A five-member panel of judges will assess nominees based on their talent, creativity, and overall performance.
• The judges will review all nominees and make the final decision.
• Each category’s final winner will be determined based on a 50% audience vote + 50% judge evaluation.

Nomination & Selection Process

• Artists must submit a video performance, which will be reviewed by the judges for nomination.
• Paying the registration fee does not guarantee a win but provides eligibility for nomination.
• The final nominees will be promoted extensively on Clevenard.com and social media.
• Artists must actively engage with their audience by sharing their content on Clevenard.com to increase their chances of winning.

Event Timeline & Winner Announcement

Final Judging: After public voting ends, the judges will review the top nominees.

Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced at the Clevenard Awards 2025 Ceremony.
