María Loren – A Voice That Leaves a Mark

Celebrated for her unique style, elegance, and emotional depth, María Loren has captivated audiences with her powerful performances and musical artistry.

Her passion for music began at the age of 8 when she started studying guitar under the guidance of her father, Juan Bautista Jiménez, a distinguished flamenco artist. She later pursued piano at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de las Islas Baleares, refining her skills and artistic vision.

In 2016, after a hiatus, she released her debut album, "Volver", marking her return to the music scene. The album featured nine original songs and three stunning renditions, including Lucía by Joan Manuel Serrat and Volver by Carlos Gardel.

Her second album, "Hechizo" (2019), showcased a magical blend of iconic songs such as La Vie en Rose by Edith Piaf, Paraules d’amor by Serrat, and Algo contigo by Chico Novarro, alongside her own compositions like La lluvia, Siempre amanece, and Mis queridos querubines. With a deep, soulful voice and an elegant stage presence, María Loren has established herself as one of the most outstanding artists in Mallorca’s music scene.

As a composer, she continues to innovate, releasing two singles in 2022:

• El desorden que dejas – A bachata infused with her signature style.
• La tierra prometida – A heartfelt bolero paying homage to her roots.
