Human scorpions:

Human scorpions:

The bite of scorpions can set into play a nonsensical stampede among people.

When leaders of a people start to behave like drunkards, what results from their drunkenness is a chaotic nation.

As we are anxiously looking forward to 2023 and (hopefully) a new dawn in Nigeria, we all have to be mindful there are addicted and selfish enemies of progress living amongst us. They are poisonous scorpions.

Destruction and instability is actually the delight and benefit of some people. Whilst they pretend they are disgusted by the unpleasant prevailing circumstances they take pride in its sustenance as they greatly milk from it. They become wealthy and highly connected at your expense; yet you gravitate and become subservient to them.

They are wise to the point that they intoxicate you with foolishness and make you fight their course and make them richer and richer whilst you remain impoverished.

What a shame!
We are living in a society where abnormality has become a way of life - certainly the scorpion's venom is at play in the most ugly fashion in my beloved country, Nigeria.

As we gradually approach 2023, I call on my fellow Nigerians to wake up and smell the coffee. Enough is enough of our sleeping madness.

There is no doubt the situation in Nigeria is far from being pleasant. However, I hear too frequently some Nigerians are referring to Nigeria as a shit hole. In my opinion, such Nigerians need to have their heads examined. I know a shit hole when I see one.

You are precisely what you reflect in the mirror of your life.

To every Nigerian, I say this particularly to those selfish politicians:

When the world around you elevates you so high to the point they say you are the best thing since slice bread, that is when you need to be extremely careful not to let their praise get into your head. The same people singing your praises could bring you to ground zero. It is just a question of time.

Be warned: there are deadly scorpions in human flesh around us.
