I was born in Britain by Nigerian parents. I was taken from the UK to live in Nigeria at age four. My stay in Nigeria lasted 19 years which during I received primary and secondary school education. I left Nigeria for the United Kingdom in 1988 at the age of 23 years. I have since remained in the UK although I visit Nigeria regularly.
Due to my struggles educationally in Nigeria and coming from what I can only describe as a dysfunctional background, I found myself studying education and community development at the University of East London, from 1998 to 2001 where I successfully graduated with BA Honours degree in Education and Community Development Studies.
After graduation from UEL, my career progressed beyond my wildest dreams. I initially worked for two major local authorities in the United Kingdom as a lead Mentor and advocate for the youngsters from diverse backgrounds among whom were those having challenges with their education, social, and psychological issues.
I was at the right place, at the right time as I was able to relate to their challenges. To a greater degree, I brought solution to many of their challenges; glory be to God.
I provided front line service to ensure they stayed on the path of education regardless of the prevailing conditions they were facing.
In no time, I became a private consultant to many educational establishments, bringing solution to varieties of challenges within and outside formal education.
Despite my extensive years in the United Kingdom, I have stayed in touch with my country of origin, Nigeria; its culture and tradition have never escaped me.
I remain conversant with the history of Nigeria particularly its political progression since the First Republic up to date.
I have over the years followed carefully the contributions of various political institutions and how they have affected Nigeria positively and adversely.
I am not the one to stand on the sideline to criticise every political institution without making direct and indirect meaningful contributions. I view myself as a politician of conscience and conviction always willing to participate in the economic, political and social progress of the country if given the opportunity.
I am so passionate about Nigeria and its future to the point that I would like to participate directly and indirectly in the process of rebuilding it although I have been warned not to go anywhere near Nigeria because its politics is coal hot much like Hell Fire itself! on Earth.
I can assure you that despite my learning difficulties, my faculties are intact and I'm ready to take on challenges of politicking as they arise. What is there to fear for a man of 56 years?
I am willing to help propagate across Nigeria the political manifesto set out (by a credible political party) to liberate Nigeria and Nigerians in the coming dispensation in 2023.
It is my aim to mobilise and educate people particularly the youths of voting age to use appropriately their civic rights at the ballots.
As an educationist, youth advocate, mentor and motivational speaker, I am offering my God-given talents, skills and ability to the appropriate political party of interest in me. I am currently situated in the United Kingdom but willing to relocate to Nigeria, my country of origin.
Together we can change the narrative of Nigeria positively and I am one person to be counted on.
